It is no longer available at his website, so I have put it here for all to use. It is extensive (collection of cocoa papers to 1998, over 5000 entries). There seems to be a few problems in the entries including wrong dates.

List of cacao important clones used in the CFC/ICCO/IPGRI project.
Olivier Sounigo et al., in press.

This is a list of clones with wide genetic diversity and with at least one good agronomic trait identified for each clone, identified as an activity in the first CFC/ICCO/IPGRI project (1998-2004). The list was presented at the Reading Workshop in 2004 of the CFC/ICCO/IPGRI project.

Within the list, images of each clone can be downloaded by clicking on clone name and saving the file to disk.
